I don't know if that's accurate.
I think catch-22 is when you feel like you can make a choice, but you cannot really.

From what I remember of the book, it's this guy who is in the war, but wants to get out by telling the Army that he is insane, because insanity is the only way he can get out. But if he wants to get out of the war, that means he's not insane - and therefore cannot get out of the war.
So he cannot say he's insane, he cannot not say he's insane.

So, catch-22.

So I think it's the inability to make a choice. Not exactly that whatever choice you make, something bad happens.

1. The new style strangely made the list seem shorter. Maybe I'm just having a long day.

2. I love the red/ ping italics and it does exactly what you want it to do - keeps the reader from merely skimming the lists.

3. Your comment box should have fonts so that we can do the same thing

4. Do NOT like the whole new countdown spin to your lists. We can have favorite lists (more than one :p) but not favorites within lists.

5. I have no idea what a "worster" is

6. I do not see how you have the patience to make up 11 of these for each list.

I work with medical device companies and one of the companies I visited last year work with bones. They told us how they can now, do a series of operations on you for a few years, to lengthen your bones (even after you're an adult) and thereby make you taller.
The literally break the bones in your legs, put in this bone graft, to make them grow, and let the bones set. Next year (they have to allow that year's time for the bones to heal properly) they repeat the process.

That way, in a few years you can actually be taller. Even if you do spend the better part of those years in casts.

So to come clean the only reason I know that you referred to more than one of your lists as the most popular, is that the day I stumbled upon your site, I sat back and went through *every* single list in your archive. Which is why it's all so fresh in my mind.
