I've used Google desktop for some time now and it is a great tool, despite my attempts to try and keep things organized I find Google desktop leads me to files &amp; emails more efficiently.</p><p>I will say that there's a personality that works well in chaos and one that works well in order. I'm probably in the middle ground as when things get bad I like to have a "clean desk" and start the chaos again.
