Serious? Hmmmm... I'm sorry but I have no idea what is taking up the ten gigs. If you really need that space, I'd say to re-jailbreak, but if it's not bothering you, I'd leave it.

If iFamily Guy was downloading the videos to your ipod, then removing the application might not necessarily remove the videos.

How many videos of Family Guy did you watch? Each episode should be something like 175MB, so if you've watched 20 episodes, that's probably what is taking up the room.

Nothing else you have installed should take up so much room, so I'm assuming its Family Guy. Tell me what you find.
