I have told my mangement that the contract was a step backward ( ie BS ) and can we reject the $$ and not sign the contract  ..... they asked why would I want to do that and they did not think that was an option  .... that makes me even more nervous..... all this before they roll out the "new and improved" compensation package ... we should never equate the $$ management makes with abilitly to make good decisions ... or, frankly, any decision at all&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">anopinion</dc:creator><pubDate>Tue, 28 Oct 2008 22:18:21 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
