My eating has been pathetic and other than training on the weekends for the 3 day there has been NO exercising in my routine. I have decided to give myself a free pass till after the 3 day and then it's back to reality of healthy living and eating right and actually exercising! Of course this means doing everything right thru the holidays but I MUST get back on track. You are over the typical minimum age and if you request it the dr will refer it out for you. Mammograms save lifes on a daily basis and are the number 1 way of early detection. &lt;br&gt;And for those of us that don't have health insurance mammograms are pretty inexpensive and there are ways to get them for very little money or even free!&lt;br&gt;Squish the tatas to save the tatas!! &lt;br&gt;Hugs to your mom friend, stepmom and grandma-in-law Christy!
