This is the first Christmas that we will have none of our adult chilren or grandchildren with us and its sooooooooo hard to deal with it. My hubby and I are roasting a chicken and grabbing a great bottle of wine and spending Christmas together.

not well lol Right now the weather is attacking me (weather changes play havoc with my body) The current issue is sleeping; so many pressure points & so much pain leads to a cranky grandma (me) lol In all seriousness I was literally born with psoriasis up and down my legs and I didn't get diagnosed until I was apprx 23

I don't do anything different than I do the rest of the year because it really doesn't get cold here, but sometimes the weather is perfect to itchy, dry skin. I do take Omega 3 oils orally and have found that it really helps moisturize from the inside out!
