This whole theory of America as the Superpower is going to diminish as we put out more poorly educated or trained people.  We have to invest in education and infrastructure if we ever want to see a return.  The more we try to ignore the erosion, the greater the consequence and bill will be down the line.&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">annemahon</dc:creator><pubDate>Wed, 15 Jul 2009 10:24:03 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
