great comparison.

Shakespeare in the park = in a theater, with permits, paid staff, 7-10 pm, and participants who understand the purpose of garbage cans.

Sunday shitshow = lawn, no permits, all day, rely on volunteers and poorly paid parks employees to pick up their shit and complete disregard for neighborhood.

I wasn't even aware that there were more people of color there than not. Doesn't make a blind bit of difference to me.

However, I am not sure what being a person of color has to do with throwing your litter wherever the fuck you want and not following the rules requiring permits so that parks can make sure that they have the resources to clean up your fucking shit.

It has nothing to do with the color of skin.

Are there different rules with regards to garbage disposal that I should be aware of?

Please enlighten me. I must be so backward and overly Scrutinizing everything.
