Prolione. Model # FG6140403NOV. Serial # 0503133807 Product # 0731322. It has given me nothing but trouble. Sending a new regulator switch is a joke. The total contruction of the model is a joke. Not only can you not re-light the piolot you cannot get underneath to clean the mesh wire that is built into the hot water heater. It becomes filled with lint from the dryer. Is one suppose to keep up the cost of replacing faulty valves when that does not solve the real problem?  The answer is NO! I have had this unit for 4 years. It has cost me a lot of unnecessary monies that I simply do not have. I want the company to replace the water heaterwith one that is not defective. I will not stay quiet about this!
