Angelsoft is a deal flow management tool for early stage private equity investors. As our name implies we started by focusing on Angels, but the product has found a lot of applications with seed fund and VC's as well.

We do screen all the users of the software to make sure that their primary activity is investing. This preserves the quality of investor that has access to Open Deals, as well as the quality of investors that can syndicate deals through the system to the other investors. No one wants spam deals floating around from an entrepreneur disguised as an investor, or a broker trying to shop a deal!

Let me know if you have any questions.

All the best,

Evan
