I hear that alcohol is loaded with sugar.
I was very surprised to see fruit juice as another name for sugar.
I drink V8 Fusion which has 28 grams of natural sugar in each 8oz glass, so I fill it with half water and drink two glasses a day.
Hope that's not going to hurt me, but I really find it difficult to avoid sugars, they seem to be everywhere! I don't drink sodas, and I don't eat desserts or sweets, just normal steak, fish, oatmeal, coffee, brown rice and mashed potatoes. That's about it. Bottled water.

Re: The Sugar Debate

I think you forgot alcohol, which I hear is loaded with sugar.
I drink a lot of fruit juice, no sugar added, and was surprised to see it on your list as "other names for sugar." That scared me!
I drink V8 Fusion and I know it has 26 grams of natural sugar in an 8 oz glass, so I add half water to it, to dilute it. Then I drink two glasses a day that way. Hope it's not hurting me!
