I know for a fact we've mentioned BMR programs on multiple occasions. Are you expecting the site to do a how-to guide on applying to low-income housing units? Because it is not our purpose to handhold people through city government programs.

There was an Oxygen bar on Second Street in SoMa as late as 2006 or 2007. I think they stayed afloat by actually having real spa treatments, but my coworkers at the time claimed they would go huff air after happy hour to avoid hangovers.

Yes, Hellman's endowment to Hardly Strictly covers the cost of that festival. (Although the city cuts them a better deal on fees compared to Outside Lands.)

As an unorganized event, no one pulls permits or pays park fees for 4/20, so I wouldn't hold my breath for city hall to put out an economic benefit study anytime soon either.
