I totally agree. I feel so bad for Leah. I really hope SM writes a book where she finds her happiness.I just wish she didn't make Jacob feel so rotten in Eclipse. I was really glad when they were there for each other in BD!

And they need to stop using the word "pedophile" because this is NOT what this is!

You know, a lot of the Team Jacob girls wanted Jake and Leah to fall in love. But I just see that relationship being almost impossible, because one of them would very likely imprint on someone else in the future.

And then they also say, "Well I hate that Jacob is stuck with the Cullens forever. And I hate that he imprinted, he had no choice"

To me this is selfish. I don't care HOW Jacob got his happiness, as long as he did.
If he's happy, he's HAPPY. Look how happy Sam and Emily are. Why wouldn't I want Jacob to be that happy? Even Leah says she wants to imprint.

I know exactly what you mean.

Of course he has to talk about Jacob and Reneesme's relationship in BD, and it's OK to joke about it, because people who haven't read the book are gonna' think that Jacob really is IN LOVE with a baby.

But he then needs to CLARIFY what imprinting REALLY is. Otherwise, people who haven't read the Saga are gonna' be grossed out and start using the "P" (pedophile) word with Jacob and I HATE that, because it is SO not true.

It was fine when Rob did it at the Convention, because everyone there HAS read the books and understands what imprinting is. (and Taylor's response to Rob was ESPECIALLY hilarious! Kristen wanted to kill him! It was soo cute!)

But they really do need to start explaining that Jacob is Nessie's protector and only will be her love if SHE is in love with him FIRST!

Sorry, but you have NO idea what you are talking about. You must be very young and very inexperienced. There are MANY cases of people being IN LOVE with two people at once. It's a FACT. Just because you don't want to believe it, doesn't mean it's not true. You live in a fantasy world if you believe it's not true.
Now it IS a fact that the person loves one of them more than the other and has to let the one she loves less go. Just like Bella did. Our hearts are VERY flexible and has room for many people. I thought that I might not love my 2nd son as much as my first, but I was wrong. My heart expanded to love him just as much as his brother.
Bella thought she couldn't love anyone as much as she loves Edward. But SHE was wrong. She loves Reneesme as much, and in a way even more. She is willing for Edward to die defending Nessie, as long as they go together, but she is NOT willing to accept the death of Reneesme. That is why she make the plan for Jacob to run away with her.

All three of them go through so much pain! *tear* And yes, Edward is soo awesome here. He hurts for Bella so much when she's hurting for Jacob...* sigh* soo wonderful, but soo sad...
I love all three characters soo much!

I kinda get that she's saying that, but I think she's also doing it in the most hurtful way possible, because she wants someone to suffer more than she is, and that is quite mean. If she knew how bad she was hurting, she shouldn't want to make it worse for someone else. Poor Jacob...
I felt like slapping her at the end of Eclipse, but then she did start to heal enough in BD that she was able to start moving past her pain, and a lot of that was due to Jacob's kindness in letting her stay in his Pack. Jake is such a sweet person!

I still feel sorry that Victoria turned him, but then he totally went over to the dark side for that b*tch! Damn her!
He really got what he deserved in the end.

And Leah, trying to show off. I understand her needing to do that, but it ticks me off that Jacob ended up hurt because of it.
ESPECIALLY the way she makes him feel at the end of Eclipse when he just wants to be alone in his misery and all she wants to do is see him hurt just like she is. I can't blame him at all for lashing back at her. Poor Jake...*tear*
And then he tries to go permanantly "wolf"... Ay my poor Jacob...*sigh*

Even though Bella hurts all three of them soo much here, I can't blame her.

Yes, her actions are wrong, but Edward is absolutely right in this being his fault in the end. His leaving caused Bella and Jacob's relationship, And just (did I say "just"?)
because he comes back does not mean that Bella and Jacob can just turn their feelings for each other off, It is impossible.

Yes, Bella loves him MOST, but his leaving caused her to love Jacob, too.
And caused Jacob to love her.
If he wouldn't have totally overreacted and left her, NONE of this would have happened.

But this is what makes the Saga GREAT, because it did happen.

And all three of our beloved characters grew and matured and stopped their denial and stopped their prejudice toward each other, and were happy in the end...

I've said it before and I'll say it again...

I admire Edward soo much for his attitude here.
A real man who is willing to take what ever consequences come from his mistake.

And it really is kind've ridiculous for Bella to come on to him and expect him to go for it after her makeout session with Jacob and right before the fight.
Really stupid on her part,

But then again, right now she is a teenager not in control of her emotions, so I don't totally blame her for being stupid. She had to go through all of this so that she can totally bring her WHOLE heart forward in her marriage with the person she can't live without. Edward.

Like IC says, she had to let go of Jacob to be totally ready to join Edward in his world,

All in all, even though this is so hard for all of them, it is a good thing in the end.
