Did you ever get tested? Do you know if it was Covid-19 or an actual flu?

I got some mild symptoms last week, despite all the distancing. Got tested and it came negative. But I'm still surprised that I got sick. Maybe it was allergies.

I don't know anything about topology nor boating.

Knitting is, for me, mostly about committing things to muscle memory. Muscle memory rocks -- leaves so much space for other kinds of memory!

If one was interested in the relative density of higher degrees, then yes, one would have to normalize by population density. But what the original article was pointing out is that a higher density of educated people is better (because density makes it easier for these people to interact with each other, thus generating more value/innovation/wealth/interestingness). So if you are aiming for the highest-interestingness area, then absolute density is what you want, not relative.

Plus, I haven't looked at the numbers, but I would have thought NYC is way more densely populated than the Bay Area, which is mostly suburban. And yet, the Bay Area comes on top (by somebody's count, anyway).

Lo del estado de ánimo es porque me aburro con facilidad, y cambiar de herramienta me inyecta nuevaenergía. A veces en vez de cambiar de navegador me dedico a intentar cambiar de editor, o cambio el papel tapiz, o el theme de Chrome, o...

Y sí, lo de comerse la propia comida de perro está recomendado pero no impuesto. Y también está recomendado usar herramientas distintas, de la competencia y las propias.
