Think also about all the money you will save by always brown bagging it. 1/2 sandwiches are also a good munchy snack for energy. just use whole wheat bread and lean meat so that you have a better blood sugar level longer.&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">amyheflin</dc:creator><pubDate>Wed, 15 Jul 2009 12:08:18 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
