That is what has become of the world today!

Whatever idea one is trying to promote, with the right tools, everything is applicable and impossible is nothing!

Whether your dog and cat have an affair, or you decide to sing a stupid song on video, as long as you know where and how to place your item of interest, you can be sure that the whole world is watching!

My question here is: How long could sites such as YouTube and Google, sustain their growth? What will they offer next without compromising privacy? Kindly read below:

1. We need to step out of the norms and be creative in our approach to any subject and after reading many articles speaking of Facebook and social networking, I felt the need for something that could spark an interest... Something unusual and different...

2. I very well believe that any community, whether it be an animal, plant or human community, shares many factors and characteristics with other communities which allows us to easily compare and contrast.

3. The web, in my opinion, is an online reality which was extracted from society and could easily be traced back to it.

4. "Great minds think alike..." Or do they? :) I think great minds have the ability to think differently about different topics and in return make conclusions and assumptions based on what the mind sees and what the logic defines...

Thank you again!

Re: Digg is bloggers’ Hollywood

Dear Fadi,

A very informative post indeed!

But I have a question for you:

Some stars make it to the news, while others stay hidden, right? Using features such as an adding a picture or writing a brief profile or adding hobbies and interests are all part of a general attitude that makes up a personality. Do u agree?

Now, as for your question, I think specialization is a key, in some blogs I have visited for my research, I found out that the reason for their success was their specialization in a certain field, topic or belief. Yet, successful specialization is an umbrella of diversification! Meaning? Well, no matter what you specialize in, if u can't find valuable and unique content every time to blog about it, people will eventually get bored as well. That is why photos, graphs, videos (as I referred in the article above) are very essential to allow more flexibility and add an element of interest in what you blog about.

Thanks again for your time :)

Re: Dear Top Influencers: Don’t Recycle, Innovate!

Hello all!

Zaid, thank you for your comment. I loved the example you have highlighted and I think it is very important to think about this issue: What value are we really getting these days from anything and everything around us?

On my personal blog, I have written so many times about how marketing is a hypocritical science of trying to trick others into believing they need or want something which in real life they can easily live without! example: http://baybeeblog.blogspot....

And since marketing these days has managed to seep into every aspect of our lives one should wonder: Is Harvard University better than the local one because they are masters of hiding their recycling plans? :) Or because marketers have been mastering the art of making them "look so good" :)

Thank you again!

Re: Dear Top Influencers: Don’t Recycle, Innovate!

Amer! We are humans after all, and if you give us tools to stalk, no matter how sane, busy or logical we are, we will use them...

Apart from that point, I believe that the overall harms of social networks nowadays are out numbering the goods if you think about it... Just like we survived with no mobile phone for hundreds of years with no real problems, we could do without the online communication which can alienate us from reality and leave many of us angry, desperate and alone :)

Thanks again :)

Re: Social Network Brainwashing! But that's only my opinion, and a few others that I've heard and read complaining about this issue :)

Re: Social Network Brainwashing!
