Happy new year guys!

Could you also tell us a little bit about the future of Heroku? I love to use it, and I just can't wait to launch my web application. While at the moment I am just working on the gazillion bugs I have, it'll be great to know when I can go on-line and make some money when my web app becomes the best new thing (or at least make a few bucks on the side to help me buy a new sofa...)

Once again, thank you for the wonderful product!

Well, just in case anyone of you is a newbie as I am, and since this might sound simple but it took me two minutes of Google to figure it out - and if it's in Google I guess I am not the only schmuck around ;-)

IF you have problems with Digest::SHA1 and Rails does not recognize the method

EVEN if it works on the console

JUST add the library to your code like this:

require 'digest/sha1'

I read that some configurations load it automatically and some don't. Better be on the safe side and load it.

Well, all I can say if that for a newbie like me from Latin America this project is heaven sent! In our countries, even a small fee to set-up a Rails server in the US is a lot of money! This is the perfect way to test an idea before making a full commitment.
