So so beautiful. I totally envisioned myself five or so years from now doing this same kind of thing. Thank you for sharing your process with me.

I'd love to hear more about your meditation practice, and how it works best for you.

<3

Re: One Simple Ritual to Make Each Day Flow

YES!

Re: One Simple Ritual to Make Each Day Flow

So glad to hear the reminder resonates. And it's such an important (and challenging) realization: that we are better to the ones we love when we first love ourselves. Thanks for sharing a slice of your story. <3

Re: One Simple Ritual to Make Each Day Flow

I feel you times 10000. I have to keep reminding myself: Loving yourself first gives you the energy to fully love and give. Better self = better world.

Re: One Simple Ritual to Make Each Day Flow

Haha. What does an energizing morning look like to you?

Re: One Simple Ritual to Make Each Day Flow

YES!! Love to hear that you're getting back at it tomorrow. Will you check back in here and let me know how it goes? Can you commit to doing it every day this week with me? For the rest of the week, I'm committing to sleeping with my phone in the other room so I'm not tempted in the morning. :)

Re: How to close the gap between your creative talent and taste

YES! I see it less as self-help and positive thoughts, and more clear intention setting and putting what you want out there. Worked for me ;) And to each his own. The professor or corporate jobs may be a path to this as well, and potentially one that makes you realize what does or does not feel right for you...but ultimately like you say: it's about supporting people through their transformations. THAT is what drives you. How and what you can do to bring those transformations to life is limitless...

Re: A better way to explain what you do

So amazing to hear you've found your tribe. :)

I love this piece on continual reinvention, and you may appreciate it too: http://www.jamesaltucher.co...

Re: A better way to explain what you do

Mmm yes.

Maybe: "I support people in using their inner strength to make positive progress"

Relates to the EA work. Speaks to the coaching and fitness work too! And why is an EA a career fail? Maybe it'd be better to say I support the CEO of the video gaming company in X. Cut the title, change the perspective.

xo

Re: A better way to explain what you do

Yes!
