Why you think only 370 is being talked about, all your mention matters are already brought in the knowledge of central government. State government always do the needful for all those issues, but maybe you never know as headlines never mentions those things. Today no one is telling he has done anything to Bihar and result also telling the same, so it is right time for him to move ahead. As his government is not in majority in state and mandate is also telling his party failed even not get 10% of seats, it is for the sake of people choice to step down and give chance to others - a fresh mandate is necessary now.
