I've used Zenith before -> fantastic capabilities but the interface is terrible... I really hope they can get the UI sorted out, because for the price it has amazing functionality...

I think it would be really cool to get a handle on what people use around town. I used to work for an (unnamed) XD shop, and I wasn't big on it - could've been the way it was executed though...

Suprisingly enough (or not) there's an excellent write-up on Wikipedia about SCRUM ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wik... ) and several good videos on YouTube ( http://www.youtube.com/watc... ) that explain it very well :-)
