I have been using Campaign Monitor since 2005, the main difference between plans were only the send limits. However, I am starting to see a trend forming where more features are being only offered only to Premier/Unlimited plans. I would be grateful if you could confirm that this will be the way forward for Campaign Monitor so that I can plan accordingly.

Hey. One workaround to buy things from US iTunes store is to get a gift certificate for the US store and then open an new account with the gift certificate.

Both have an iPhone app as well. I personally use Omnifocus.

I finally made the jump and got a mac mini :)

Btw, if you hold on shift while clicking on the plus sign (upper left), you should be able to maximize your screen. Here is a workaround for the menubar when using multiple monitors: http://homepage.mac.com/khs...
