Yeah, and this is why bicyclists have been saying this is terrible planning from the get-go. But anyway, the bicyclist was right next to the car and the bike lane is painted bright green. Even if you don't like it, bicyclists and pedestrians have right of way in SF, and if the driver of the car had just gotten his head out of his ass he would have seen the bicyclist right next to him.

Ok, great. The claim was dropped. But how about reporting the intentional criminal activity by employees of Budget and/or their affiliats? How do consumers go about that, because it needs to be a real option, otherwise car companies will just keep doing it (or allowing it to be done) knowing that there's no downside.
