Well, this is a rather old post and I'm not using my Diamond at the moment. In fact, I haven't touched a WinMo device for years :) So, I have no idea about what might be going wrong on your situation.

I was able to get my money back thanks to their buyer protection in two different cases (recovered my ~$600 in total). It maybe for sellers, but can't really call it a joke as a buyer.

I think I should have mentioned that I'm not living in the US.

You might have that kind of protection in states but, although I have an AmEx branded card issued by a local bank, we don't have it here in Turkey. Their protection is not covering our purchases and that leaves us Paypal as the only reliable alternative with a working buyer protection.

Yes, it doesn't sound wise to downgrade your graphics card driver just for
playing a particular game, but it also becomes a necessity if there is no
other way and you desperately want to play that particular game :)

Downgrading is really a simple process and you can always upgrade your
drivers back to its up-to-date level easily after you done with the title.
It won't break anything, no risks involved. Anyway, please let us know if
you know or find any other reliable solution for the problem.

It is probably the version of the radio rom installed on your Diamond.

Did you check the version below flashing? You can check it with following “Start > Settings > System > Device Information > Radio Version”

No, you should be able to unlock any Touch Diamond with this application, regardless the operator its locked to.

Please post your results here and let us know whether the unlocker worked or not for your phone.

As far as I know, this is a first series Touch Diamond specific unlocker. So, I wouldn't be testing it on Touch Pro 2, if I were you :)
