nah, nothing to do with that. It's to do with the fact that people hated the "everyone is on the same side now" Eternal Empires expansions, they wanted it to go back to Empire vs Republic, like... everything else in Star Wars. At least the devs listened.

Personally, I think Swtor has had its day.. Especially since Disney Wars and TFA/TLJ/Rogue/Solo etc. I'd love Bioware (or anyone else) to do a new modern Star Wars MMO in the new Canon.

I think the main thing that trending artists like these dont' get, or even the fashion houses (or fashion magazines). Goth is DIY at heart. You can't buy it in a shop, it can't be "designed" and sold to you. Goth is messing up your hair. Goth is ripping up your fishnet tights and wearing then on your arms instead. Goth is buying rubber bats from the kids halloween section and decorating your house with them. Not because there were no "goth shops" around in the 80s, but because it was fun! When did it stop being fun?.. um.. around the time the "goth shops" opened...

you don't even need to do that. Use wsad to move, but when you're in Workshop mode just hold SHIFT and wsad becomes arrow keys for navigating menus. So instead of moving your hand to the arrow keys etc just press shift. oh, and you can press E instead of Enter too, but you knew that right :)

yes, and the agreement is part of the Win 10 PRE-RELEASE beta test agreement. They want to know how users are using the PRE-RELEASE, which bits are working in the PRE-RELEASE, etc. Like a lot of beta software with its "send anonymous usage data" things.
The actual, final, Windows 10 won't have these PRE-RELEASE stat and debugging tools in them.

clarification:
Windows 10 is launched July 2015.
If you upgrade to Windows 10 any time between July 2015 and July 2016, it's free. No charge
If you want to upgrade any time *after* July 2016, you have to buy a copy, same as you usually would do.

This gives businesses a year in which to upgrade all their seats to Windows 10. Which there will be a push to do, since 1000 seats of WIndows isn't cheap. The "free window" is all about getting every PC on the planet on the same Windows version, as quickly as possible. Then MS will go back to paid upgrades will a million different versions lol

Anne-Marie was in the comic, and she was in the Swamp Thing American Gothic storyline. Again, 20+ years ago. Have you even read the comic?

Seems to me your frame of reference is current/recent cable shows, rather than the source material. (same problem with "reviewers" who say it's a Supernatural rip-off.. um.. other way around mate, as the Supernatural writers would probably admit)

the actors said they were only contracted for 13 episodes to start with. So it's not like they got given the news halfway through the season (shock/horror). It's been hyped up (on sites like this) to put the show down, when (so far) everything is going is planned.

I get your points about the angels thing. That was basically a Continuity from (the Keanu movie that must not be named) more or less. If Conjob is going to have helpers that pop up from nowhere and give plot advice, they should be the ghosts of his friends, like in the comicbook. That part does bother me a bit.

Hellblazer isn't a story about angels, or any kind of heavenly war. It's a story about Devils. Devils with horns. and sometimes Devils with trenchcoats. :)

In the original films, Luke never had a sister, Leia was his love interest. Vader was the big bad, not some lackey to the emperor. Then Empire came out and Lucas added more. Then Jedi came out and Lucas added more. Then ep1, ep2, ep3, Clone Wars, SWTOR etc all added more. And Ep7 will add more again.

I'm "of a certain age" (I saw Star Wars in the cinema in the 70s when it came out), but I'm not stuck in that timewarp. I love that the story has continued, been expanded (not talking EU, but officially), As we go into EP7 we have a history that stretches back thousands of years, tens of thousands if you count the original Infinite Empire. And it's pretty much a history of conflict, of star WARS. Light wins over dark. Dark wins over light, Light wins over dark. Over and over. Hence, the prophesy of the one who will bring "balance" (but never actually did).

big muscle-bound Arnold Soldier is too easy to spot, you see him walking towards you you'd run a mile. "indie chick" would be far better at infiltration, especially in crowd-control situations.Easier to disguise too. (and given there is no difference in strength or capability, it just makes more sense).

Dunno really. Sure we've lost a lot since the spread of monotheism, but is that need to "find the native/natural" anything more than nostalgia?

I mean, if you *could* bring a pre-Roman Celtic Druid here, with a time-machine (for sake of argument), his lifestyle would be so ALIEN to us that most "seekers" would be totally repulsed.

Comes to something when someone writes a huge piece like this and most are the comments are about whether some protester did or didn't say something. Talk about distraction.

As for Thatch, she is a Frankenstein's monster created in response to the hideous Labour government she replaced. If Labour hadn't been so crap, the rest of us wouldn't have had to suffer 11 years of Thatch. And how do Labour make amends for this? By becoming Thatcherite and signing off on this whole state funeral thing we're having to suffer today.

There is no point about talking of left and right anymore, in Westminster there is only Right and slightly less Right. Which would have pleased Thatch more than a showy funeral, probably.

three things to enhance this:

1) install a Raspbian minimal image instead, something like this:

reason being better and faster decoding of mp3s/aacs/even DTS.

2) Set up a USB wifi dongle on it. Only need a power lead and an audio lead then. Keep it minimal (as you're only streaming music wifi is fine).

3) Make a box for the Pi with a speaker on top, maybe with a mini powered usb hub inside to power both the Pi and the speaker. Make the whole thing a single box with one power lead. Awesome.

Few things to bear in mind if you're trying RaspBMC or OpenELEC:

1) It won't play mp2 files. If you've ripped DVDs straight into MKV containers it won't play them. Full-stop (licencing issues). It WILL play Blu-rays ripped straight into MKV containers though (go figure).2) Some problems with DTSC audio, but that should be fixed when the floating-point Rasbian is released (more processing power).
3) While it plays Youtube/iPlayer etc fine, it is sllllooooww. If you've run XBMC on linux or windows, don't expect a similar snappy experience. It's fine as a proof of concept, as a "wow, look what the Pi can do", but as a production media center? Nah.Saying that, wow, look what the Pi can do! amazing ;)
