I want to know what is going on, but at the same time, it just hurts. Not only do I agonize over what my friends are going through with the loss and financial burden this is going to cause, I'm utterly sick for my beloved city. Nashville is such a part of me. I'm seeing the same scenes from all of my wedding pictures only now they covered in water. Where I stood in the Opryland Hotel to say "I do" is drowned. I chose all of those locations for the pictures because they meant so much to me and because they were all "so Nashville." Now I look and am literally sick. It's sad to people here, but isn't something burdening anyone. Again, I find myself grieving alone while no one around me truly gets it. Just trying to focus on what is in front of me is so hard while my entire world in now under water. Thanks, yet again, for another compelling blog entry. Miss you. xo

Re: Should He Be as Worried as I Am?

Haha! I had to do it, while still remaining focused on my passion, as a teen mom. But the reality is that monetary goal is really just a tool to achieve a greater passion--in your case caring for your MOMMA! I'm confident you will meet your goal and look forward to following your progress on Facebook! Kaizen, by the way, was a method used by the operational excellence team at my former employer. I perked WAY up when you referenced it!

~Amber

P.S. John, another A++ guest. Another way of looking at it (if you are selling something) is that if someone on your list isn't likely to buy or not likely to recommend someone buy from you it's like trying to engage a woman to buy make-up in Men's Health. On another note, I love BB&B, too, but not their constant emails. Try unroll.me. I subscribe to everything I want to, but scan through it all in ONE email each day to see what I really want to pay attention to or what I want to ignore. If I remember there was a coupon that came through one day, I just go back through my archives and retrieve it. No deleting necessary. It's my fav! :)

Re: Are You Making These 3 Mistakes in Your Email Marketing?

I love entertaining and am a solopreneur, so this really hit home for me.
