I use two that I really like; I think you should check them out based on your criteria. The DLSR Pro Bag by InCase is a great size, discreet, and well made. If you need something heftier, waterproof, and capable of holding something bigger like a 1Dx, Lowepro just updated their Protactic 450 and it's awesome. Just crushed it in Antarctica for me:

Hey Adam, I just kept the camera out in front of me with both my hands and held on for dear life. No stabilization in post although it was considered. I was surprised how smooth it turned out too -- no magic there, just fortunate!

Haha awesome, I was actually just there last weekend (two weeks ago) for my friend's bachelor party. from one bellagio to the next. it's a cool hotel, little bit older crowd, but still cool. we went to Tao one night which was awesome, i'd def recommend that, and then the MGM pool party during the day, also crazy. vegas is a weird place.

How true. I thought that as I was writing. Even if you say something like "being a scientist matters" or whatever because they make "progress" and perpetuate life on the planet etc, it still comes down to the same question: for what purpose?

i suppose that's kind of THE question.. so i'm not really going to try and answer that in the comment of a blog haha. (but how awesome would it be if THIS was where the ANSWER appeared. in the comment section of my blog.) that would be hilarious
