Unemployment compensation is more important than giving away free money to people who don't really need it. I got some last time and donated half of it to the food bank. I didn't need any of it but was entitled by law apparently.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I get the economic stimulus reasoning, but people can't pay their rent and put food on the table.
