I have been looking for a new job (I still currently have one, phew), for over a year now. With millions of people out of work the competition is like being thrown into a arena filled with lions.<br>Personal branding is the only effective way to shine b/c a cover letter can only say so much without sounding pretentious.</p><p>BTW: Thanks for the 4-pack of Energy Water. People aren't strategizing anymore. They want to push out a lot of "viral" content, using a shot gun approach, and they begin to have negative effects and piss people off. As marketers push self-proclaimed awesome content, their brand begins to loss any leverage they have in social spaces. Its as if they can’t loss the idea of traditional one-way marketing</p><p>As a side note though, and as you state, releasing content information spread out gives your message longevity.
