Mets have $66 million committed for next year for 6 players, plus arb definites for Pelfrey and Pagan maybe Paulino that's, say $10 million. http://bit.ly/ntg2B3. So assuming they fill out other spots with another $9 million or so, thats $85 million, so easily could fit Reyes into a $100-$120 million budget. Should they? Why wouldn't they? There's certainly the nucleus of a Wild Card team there. There's no alternate use of the Reyes money, they'd just likely not spend most of it. There's really no reason Mets would/should ever go into 27 year rebuildings like a small market team. The article has no logic.

Just trying to look presentable at new digs before I sneak some bikini pics in.

Not sure which spot though, I'm on Zecco Pulse 1-2 times a week (irregular days) and Schaeffers on Tuesdays, plus short blips on Investor Place maybe 3-4 times a week.

Hey, Neil got me thru my Hopkins interview. Or at least the ride from here to Baltimore. My parents would only put easy listening on the car radio, so I brought my Walkman (god we're old) but forget to bring any tapes, so could only listen to the one tape I had in, "After the Gold Rush".

Great stuff. I always use that late 90's period as an example of VIX as actually indexing volatility and not an Inverse SPY ETF. Another thing you had then was reverse skew, OTM calls had higher volatility than OTM puts in lots of high flyers.
