The Warriors were also massively helped by the poor shooting of Harden (33.3%!) in the first half and all those turnovers. The Rockets should've gone for the early dagger to put the game out of reach, forcing Kerr to rest Steph & Klay & Dray. Instead they let the Warriors keep pace/take a lead all game and Steph got going in the 4th when he saw they still had a chance.

There was also a 2 minute time of 0 points scored by either team in 4th quarter. Where was the vaunted Houston offense? They looked tired and uninspired! They had open doors to win this game, and they almost intentionally closed them. Basically it was a giveaway, a pee-down-the-leg, a dropped-the-bat-while-bunting moment.

The Democratic base can get away with replacing incumbents a lot easier than the Repubs can. Remember what happened after the Teahadies primaried Repubs many years ago? Basically they can afford to do this because the winner is more likely to win over non-base voters than the winning Repub could.
Omar (D-MN) has her issues with optics but she's nowhere near as bad as Roy Moore. And to think the AL repub base could have nominated anyone else running who wasn't a lunatic.
