If you break down the GOP demographics. Old White Male (55+) is the largest demographic. It just so happens that these are the same people in charge of the GOP. Not to say all old white GOP males are racist but many dixiecrats fit this criteria. You're definitely pointing out that the loudest part of the GOP seems to exude to most ignorance of the GOP too.

Suppose a bill were passed into law where laptops could be searched. If one were to have a copy of the constitution, demanding some warrant to search the contents, then would it be sufficient evidence to deem the law unconstitutional?

Knowing the Supreme Court these days, it would not challenge the constitutionality of a law like this until it goes through the proper channels of the Justice System. I wouldn't imagine being too long after a law like this passes that it is challenged in court by some traveling victims.

Good live album. Great reminder of what it was like in Los Angeles (or any city for that matter). The visuals definitely add to the sound (especially the encore).

Let's hope they release a DVD of this concert or something. We can only be patient for new stuff from Roule', Crydamoure, Daft Punk, and other TB and Guy projects.

both were superb in LA. It was somewhat hard to enjoy SMD with the mosh of people however.

Well I just experienced the institubes terror ... whatever its called at the echo in los angeles. The place never died down. The crowd was definitley tons of new faces (probably the VHS or beta kids that forgot that the show was downstairs).

Disaster, you weren't kidding about curses! He was 100,000x better than i had imagined. The rest of the crew just followed right on cue after curses set. great night.
