I found a few of these problems - then i took up a PM tool - &lt;a href="http://www.deskaway.com/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="http://www.deskaway.com/"&gt; Deskaway &lt;/a&gt; (there's loads - wrike, basecamp (bullshit), zoho (quite neat but probably not the best) - and it really did help me get more 'control' - or perceived control. I found that my leadership was more effective, i think its resulted in making the mindset of my employees more professional as well.
