There's a shedload of people using the SB6141. There's a buttload of people using Airport base stations. I'd be stunned if there weren't lots of reports of problems. If you could somehow correlate it to actual data showing that Airport base stations have problems with the SB6141 at a greater likelihood than other modems, then I would take notice.

That's definitely not a Fastpass location. The way it's constructed makes no sense for mounting and accessing the Fastpass terminals. I think it's almost certainly for the photo op location.

I don't care what the podcast may or may not have said. Verify it for yourself. Look at a Vine member's reviews, and you'll notice that not all of them are flagged with the Vine banner. Amazon's system clearly differentiates from reviews that were initiated from the Vine program and reviews that a Vine member might write on their own.

I don't know how I could have forgotten about Republica, but I did. Once I hit play on that video, though, it all came back. Saffron was exactly the kind of girl I would drool over at that stage in my life, and I remember lusting after her in that video, so I don't know why I wasn't into the band more.

Apparently the band still plays together, so if they're ever anywhere near me, I'm definitely going.

Did Indigo Girls really ever play "Campfire Song"? The 10,000 Maniacs song from "In My Tribe" that Michael Stipe sings on? Perhaps you mean "Kid Fears", the one that Stipe sings on the first Indigo Girls album?

Re: "You Are The Everything" - I remember reading an interview sometime after Green came out where Mike Mills (I think) was saying that he felt like they missed an opportunity with that song, that if they added some percussion, they could have had a single there. When I heard "Losing My Religion", I knew instantly that this is what he meant. I've always believed that the songs come from the same musical DNA, and "Losing My Religion" is the hit that "You Are The Everything" would have been if they had only added drums.

Nifty has been saying that they suspect there is some variance in the manufacture of Retina MacBook Pros, and that some have "shorter" slots than others. If that's true, are you sure that the poor fit on yours is the fault of the MiniDrive? Since you have two laptops and two MiniDrives, I would be curious to see what happened if you switched the MiniDrives. Would the poor fit follow the MiniDrive, or the computer?

The difference is that Salt Lake's is a _system_. They didn't stop with just one line. They built other lines that are well connected, and reconfigured all the bus routes to better feed and support the rail lines in addition to continuing service to areas not near the rail. As an integrated transit system becomes more fully developed and better connected, ridership increases exponentially. If you want an example of light rail done right, I can think of no better example than SLC.

P.A. Semi is not a chip factory. They are/were a fabless semiconductor company. In case you didn't read the article you linked, I'll try to spell it out. They designed the chips, and sent them to another manufacturer to actually fabricate (build) them. Thus the term "fabless". They have no fabrication capability. They can't manufacture chips. They only design them.

In other words, the evidence you supplied failed to refute the previous poster's assertion that Apple has no chip manufacturing capability.
