The Card Check Act is ludicrous. I really hope everyone does their homework and learns what it is, what it does and how it will affect this nation in already fragile times. This website does a stellar job of laying it out in no uncertain terms. Definitely check it out.

I think people are desperate to make their points, even if it means resorting to frivolity and abuse of the legal system. Making a point, though, shouldn't be at the expense of innocent, tax-paying bystanders.
Frivolous lawsuits and lawsuit abuse is a serious issue, and it's exhausting on tax payers. People are completely sue crazy, and it's time to cap this problem.

This website is taking a stand against lawsuit abuse. you can read more about it, vote in an online poll and see a video on a pretty prominent case that's taking center stage right now. Definitely check it out. The more people get against lawsuit abuse, hopefully people will quit trying to get money for nothing.

At least being put on the "watch list" is an improvement. People are completely sue crazy these days. You even see it on the lawyer commercials, basically saying, "hey, you got sick so blame someone" even if it's totally blameless. So, to be a step removed from that sort of stuff is a step in the right direction.

We need to tame the sue-happy people! Those lawyer commercials, basically saying, "hey, you got sick so blame someone" even if it's totally blameless pretty much prove how out of whack society is.
