And everyone is on the edge of their seats to see if he's going to tackle the issues that are important to them first. This website has a poll that asks what you would like to see Congress do in the first 100 days Obama is in office - it's pretty cool - and they're going to pass along the info to his administration and Congress. Definitely check it out! http://www.friendsoftheusch...

Re: People's Weekly World - Consumer groups demand Congress pass Employee Free Choice Act

The Card Check Act is ludicrous. I really hope everyone does their homework and learns what it is, what it does and how it will affect this nation in already fragile times. This website does a stellar job of laying it out in no uncertain terms. Definitely check it out.
http://friendsoftheuschambe...

Re: Michigan man files suit against bailout — on religious grounds

I think people are desperate to make their points, even if it means resorting to frivolity and abuse of the legal system. Making a point, though, shouldn't be at the expense of innocent, tax-paying bystanders.
Frivolous lawsuits and lawsuit abuse is a serious issue, and it's exhausting on tax payers. People are completely sue crazy, and it's time to cap this problem.

This website is taking a stand against lawsuit abuse. you can read more about it, vote in an online poll and see a video on a pretty prominent case that's taking center stage right now. Definitely check it out. The more people get against lawsuit abuse, hopefully people will quit trying to get money for nothing.

http://www.friendsoftheusch...

Re: Report: Southeast Texas courts improve, but still on ‘Hellhole’ watch list

At least being put on the "watch list" is an improvement. People are completely sue crazy these days. You even see it on the lawyer commercials, basically saying, "hey, you got sick so blame someone" even if it's totally blameless. So, to be a step removed from that sort of stuff is a step in the right direction.

This website is taking a stand against lawsuit abuse. you can read more about it, vote in an online poll and see a video on a pretty prominent case that's taking center stage right now. Those lawyer commercials, basically saying, "hey, you got sick so blame someone" even if it's totally blameless pretty much prove how out of whack society is.

This website is taking a stand against lawsuit abuse. you can read more about it, vote in an online poll and see a video on a pretty prominent case that's taking center stage right now.
