Pocket Informant for me also. The app just gets better and better and is my daily go-to on my iPhone and iPad.

Thanks for that. I think my issue with this is that I know I need to read, I have an expensive and extensive library of books to read yet really pick one up. It's a real shame and I know I need to do better.

The ANTS strategy is a new one on me and I like it! A positive
attitude is something I try hard to push out to those around me
although like everyone else I have good and bad days.

All I know for sure is that a smile costs very little to give out and
the rewards can be too large to measure.

Yes, you are correct. It is fair to say that I am not great with the truly unknown and this is an unknown to me. The last time the UK went through a real crisis like this I did not have responsibilities to worry about and a family to house and feed.

I will look over the sites that you mention and see if anything is of help. Thanks for the comment.
