I can't believe caffeine was discovered in 1819! I bet there were poorly marketed caffeine products as early as the 1820s, who would have thought?

Uribaby: I think it was the niacin. Niacin causes skin flushing and is probably why your face was blotchy and red. Same exact thing happens to me. Also, I have this weird thing when I take taurine supplements (it's in most of these drinks) where i get heart palpitations. Scary stuff! I avoid these now.

Hi Lonnie, I'm sort of a "guy's guy" and have never come close to getting a massage, treatment, etc. Do you think it would be awkward for me and do you have any tips for the rookie?

I actually use the Bates number a lot in nitro pro, but I never knew its origins. Thanks for this background, as I am a pretty big nerd and love to find out the inner workings of things.
