I was able to finally enroll. This ability to remove problem applications is a good start. However, similar "repair" logic should also apply to user accounts which are in a corrupt state. I know I had to create a 3rd account in order to enter the site successfully. My early October accounts are not usable, the forgot password link even generates an error.

Lots of folks are attempting to come back and will be discouraged at having to re-enter information. I am web developer by trade, so this is second nature, but less savvy users are going to have a tough time.

My fingers are crossed and hoping that the data exchange between this site and the insurers completes successfully.

I'm curious how you settled the sweat situation. I guess they put makeup on you after you showered in the portable apartment you were dragging along?
