They did end up deciding to go to a subscription model. My first generation feeder has still been dispensing feeds that were already set up, but without a subscription nothing in the app worked. I went out of town for a couple days so I decided to get a month subscription ($4) just to see... I like being able to schedule more feedings remotely when I'm not home. The app doesn't work at all, I get errors no matter what I try to do and I can't even log in. So, yeah, this is a definite DON'T BUY.

Most days, I have a bagel and cream cheese for breakfast at work. I finally bought a real knife to keep at my desk so I don't have to keep using the plastic ones. They'll still get purchased for the office- but at least it'll be less often. I'm planning to get my own plate as well.

I downloaded the font Raleway from Google Fonts, and while it is visible in Window>Fonts and under Family in Text, when I select it to use, it switches to Lucida Grande. Why?

it was one of the first CDs I ever bought, I saw the movie at the theatre in cortland with my mom and then we went to walmart on the way home so I could get the soundtrack. and you know where the walmart technically is? munsons corners!

I might be wrong but I'm pretty sure the GA tickets do include camping- the $700 one is just if you want to rent a tent instead of bringing your own stuff.

Yeah, agreed! People like getting achievements on Xbox live- you don't get anything tangible for them, either. Even a little image showing up on my profile is a good enough reward for me.

This reminds me of my cousin- I only see him at Christmas, and he's always pretty quiet and calm. But I friended him on facebook when he started at Ohio State last year, and he's got all these pictures of him doing crazy stuff. Silly poses with his friends, drinking, normal college stuff but it still seems so surprising to me. I guess I'm different around my family too, but it sucks that it turns out we actually have plenty of stuff we could talk about and we just... don't. It seems like a lot of my friends at NU get their cousins and brothers and sisters to come visit them and hang out. They're so close and it makes me sad that I don't have anyone in my family like that.

I really wanted this phone, but not anymore. I don't want to root my phone- I'd rather have a warranty, since every Verizon phone I've had has had to be replaced at least once (and most of them twice). I like the way it looks and I want a phone with a physical keyboard... it looks way better to me than the Droid 2 (I have the Droid now). I was most excited about the world phone stuff, but eh. It doesn't seem worth it anymore, sadly.
