This was excellent; congrats on the recovery and the successes afterward. Never have commented on here. Have always appreciated your and Andrew's content over the years. The support component really hits home, feel like I've been leaning into that more and it's done a lot for my increasing my healthy points.

I wish Sampson was this remorseful and honest about his wrongdoings.

It's good to see Mackey taking accountability for his actions this past year; that's a good way to rear himself back in the right direction.

Hopefully he's learned from all of this and becomes a better person for it.

You f*cking nailed that opening. If I had any writing ability, that is exactly what I would say about what I'm feeling.

Sampson has to go, and I'm completely for and ready for that to happen. However, it hurts, because it really screws the players--who have nothing to do with this. Sampson's a hell of a coach, but we can't tolerate lying and violating rules at a program that's been commended for being so reputable in the past. He dug his own grave and we have to part ways. It's really a shame though; I'd love to see more of what we saw last night--that Bassett/Sampson bear hug was one of the coolest moments I've had in my four years here.

True, it destroys any chance of us doing anything this year; however, isn't that all moot point now?

Prove me wrong Hoosiers. I was never worried about the UConn game; I just didn't expect us to ever lose at home. However, I was always looking ahead to this game with a bit of fear. I hope it's not legitimized tonight.

We were actually talking this very same subject at the game last night. It's really not that silly, when you look at the numbers.

Gordon's clearly the better player/athlete, but Bassett one-ups him with his shot. There definitely is a difference.

Crawford was really big for us last night, especially in the first half. I do feel like Crawford gets an unfair wrap sometimes. He certainly makes his share of freshman mistakes, but he'd be the best freshman on this team if one Eric Gordon wasn't on the team. I think we're guilty of expecting him to play at an EJ standard sometimes.

I love when Bassett is our PG right now though; things seem much more fluid. Watching the game in a place without sound, was there a reason Bassett didn't play much of the second half? Was Sampson just hoping to ride the hot hand of Crawford?

Absolutely huge W for the Hoosiers; I'm glad they were able to get it done despite the 94 turnovers.
