It's True, folks, Teens DO NOT Tweet.
My teen kids and ALL their friends refuse to tweet.
And many more friends that they know do not Tweet also.

Having lived through technological changes for years and having transformed corporations with new technologies for years, I can say that there is a generational thing here.

Most Teens do NOT invent the new technologies. It's twenty-somethings. By the time the new tech becomes commercializable, the 20-somethings and above assimilate the new tech into their arsenal, but people above (the "older" generation) as well as the generation below (Teens), refuse to accomodate the trends.

By the time the Teens become 20-somethings, a new technology comes along or they invent it.

If you think 20-somethings are focused today and tech-savvy, Teens today are even more so - so focused that you WILL NOT move them off and out of their tight-knitted community (that grows slower than you would think) of friends and their FaceBook inner circle.

Thanks for the honorable mention - it helps that my last name starts with an "A", eh?
I think Rolodex Roulette is fantastic!!
I have a rule that I try to never allow a day go by without speaking to someone new, or having a meeting with someone new or getting a new business card.
But your 'game' is not a game - it's very deadly (pun, here) and it forces you to be communicative, networked and plugged-in.

As a parent, our biggest pride is when we see our children become independent.
And independence comes about through separation and allowing them to build their own pillars.

The media - and most racist groups - have had a field day on this. It has all the elements and components of a major anti-Jewish smear campaign and it's a story that can be spun in many different ways. All of them spin the negative spin on the Jewish community.

Well, intelligent people need to step back for a minute an think. It is absolutely illegal to traffic in body parts in most Western countries today. So, yes, the individuals involved broke the law and ought to be punished to fullest extent of the law.

However, the scope and scale of the smear campaign lacks any comparative substance. Do you know how much $10,000 is worth in India, Sub-Saharan Africa and other poor parts of the world? It's much more valuable than $160,000 can buy in the USA or Western Europe. So, the value of the transaction is about equally weighted, if not more so to the developing world.

Now take the 80,000 people in the US who are waiting for a kidney transplant but cannot find one. They must wait for months or years with no guarantee there will be one, let alone if the Insurance & Medical powers that be will decide that they deserve the few kidneys that become available. Many of these people die in the process of waiting, not to speak about the agony of dialysis and other treatments they must endure.

What do these people do, if they value their life and they have the funds to buy a body part? Is there a big difference between this and going to Switzerland for a radical cancer treatment that costs the same? And by the way, does anyone condone as illegal the adoption of a foreign baby from India or Mali? Isn't that a major body part? The celebrities don't think so, nor do couples who cannot have a baby themselves. Do we hear anyone screaming about that? And the financial equation there maybe be even more lopsided as well! What about forced labor of South American girls in US households as they work for "Agencies" as nannies? White Slavery? Mules in the Drug Trafficking world? Surrogates having babies for other people?

I'm not advocating breaking the law, and as I said, they need to be punished. Traditional Jewish Law states that the "Laws of the Land" in which a person resides, MUST be adhered to. And so, they will get their justified punishment.

The "Liberals" are against a free market for organs not because it is illegal and possibly, morally reprehensible, but because if EVERYONE cannot get one, then NOBODY should get one. That is their moral compass on most issues.

Let's get real with the issues and get real that people are people and unscrupulous people will always break the law. Leave race, religion, ethnicity out of the picture and focus on the issues.
