Your description of what you're working with and how mirrors mine.  I think the only thing that's missing is the discussion on how we're always on.  People just don't disconnect anymore and all the social networks have a mobile feature.  I've learned to block out social media times during the day and refuse to spend more than a couple of hours during the weekend on any of the sites.
