Well, I use Dijon mustard and you can easily find it in Carrefour or hyperpanda. You can use classic yellow mustard instead, but not mayonnaise, I'm afraid! Anyway, salad dressings are VERY flexible :D do whatever you want with it, you might invent something new! Oh.. and you can add balsamic vinegar, as well! Yum!

The vinegar part is how to make buttermilk when you don't have buttermilk.
We don't have buttermilk in our supermarkets here, so what I do is I take 1 cup of milk and add 1 TBS of vinegar to it. Stir it up, let it sit for 5 minutes and then use it for the recipe that requires buttermilk. You have to use this immediately.
In this recipe you'll do 1 1/4 cup of milk + 1 1/4 TBS of vinegar.

Before you make it, I recommend using a smaller pan, so they would be thicker than those that are displayed here.. I remade that a few weeks ago and forgot to mention it! :)
