Strong sales and happy customers say it all. It's worth the wait if you want a smaller phone, or you can purchase a new 5S. Either way, many just want smaller phones.

Another point is that not everyone lives on their cell phone... in other words, I, as many others, use landlines, Apple computers & pads (or other brands.

Finally, my understanding is that Apple is not planning a major change until next year for the entire line - at that point I may look at it differently, but until then, all is good.

I like the smaller phone and see no issues with it that should be of any concern. If you don't like it, don't buy it - simple as that.

Apple obviously saw that there was a demand for the 4" iPhone and at the end of the day, sales will determine if they were correct... that is the true test, sales.

Banning plastic bags has many positives, but the one negative is that it used by almost all dog owners to clean up after their dogs... which is far better than not. At this point I'll be buying plastic bags, but others will let the waste just lie there for everyone to NOT enjoy. If Chicago wants to make a major improvement in the environment by banning anything, they NEED to start with disposable plastic water bottles used to buy water in a city that happens to have the best water in the world, period.

Sorry, but this is really a waste of time... 85 restaurants rated as the best, in a major city that has thousands and thousands of great restaurants, really? There may be 85 great "Yelp" rated restaurants, but at the same time I've been to some top rated "Yelp" restaurants that need major "Help"

As an Agent, I find these restrictions very common when working with rental clients. I understand the concerns of the condo association and that of landlords, while at the same time most are unfounded. I have a blind 120 Lb Labrador who's totally non-aggressive and has never went in or near the house. It's more important to look at the pet's owner, then the pet itself before enforcing restrictions that are most often meaningless. Of course, selective enforcement is discrimination and not accepted as legal or ethical by real estate professionals and the organizations we belong too.

Loved the Towbar, it was a major asset to Rogers Park and the fare was magnificently unique! After hearing from Sandra, who owned Towbar, she stated the new place is going to be great and she supports it... as I'm sure many of us will, along with Taste of Wine, R Public House and all the places in Jarvis Square.

I respectfully disagree onyerleft. A flat or an apartment is a common term that is often used by itself or with another name. I just Googled "Flats" and found "About 1,100,000,000 results (0.45 seconds) " ~ speaks for itself.

Agreed, "flat" is used in the USA and other countries. It was being used as an example that is commonly known and used in GB.

A Flat is used in British terminology, and Apartment is used in North American terminology, yet both share the same meaning. I find it hard to believe that one could copyright the word "Flat" just as I would find it hard to believe one could copyright the word "Apartment." One can copyright a logo and even trademark it, however this is not the case here... despite the fact that the fonts are similar, they are NOT the same.

IMO, having been involved in intellectual property issues in the music industry, one can copyright a name and use it as a trademark. But in this case it is obvious that "FLATS Chicago" is not the same as "The Flats on Devon" = the entire matter is a non-issue.

I'll be the 1st to say I did not vote for Rauner and the reason is this is exactly what I expected him to do... cut, cut and cut with nothing to fill the financial voids, let alone the other major gaps where monies are needed to make things work. The Uptown is just one example of where he's taking our state, other cities and our city.... what about Education? Infrastructure? Job Creation? Health Car? Need I name more... I don't think so.

No. I'm not covering up for Joe Moore. Based on the circumstances of being asked to participate in a forum / debate, that was to be moderated by a person, who is the GOP Committeewomen, that has constantly attacked the Alderman on EveryBlock & NextDoor speaks for itself... I would take a pass without a 2nd thought.

Integrity and honesty go a long way in my book. Your accusations about me are unfounded and disturbing. Your apology is accepted and at the same time, I will not make any false accusations about you.

Please try and keep your comments on the professional side and skip the frivolous personal attacks.

No, that's not the case Up In Rogers Park. Next time Ms. Devanne intends to set up a debate and or forum, she needs to follow a simple protocol before making any announcement for the event. Ask the participants if they are available, mutually agree on the moderator, time, date and place. I've never seen Joe Moore afraid to talk in public and address his constituents. Common sense and simple courtesies go a long way, particularly in this situation.

If I'm not mistaken, the Howard Street Bowling alley was actually in the area where Gateway is now. I recall going there many times in my youth with friends and family. For some reason I thought the Norshore was a bit west, but then again I'd have to review the photos found from the 50's, 60's & 70's. Time flies by quickly...

I went on their ghost tour and when the guide started, in one of his 1st statements was that Calvary Cemetery over here is haunted... so I pulled him on the side when off the bus and told him that I go through Calvary almost daily and have never seen a ghost, nor have I ever heard of it being haunted. That was the last time he talked to me on that trip.

But, I got a kick out of it when he stated that what was the old Limelight (Excalibur) was haunted, and that drinks and beers were often flying off tables and across the room on their own, really? I spent many evenings there in earlier years and the only time I ever saw a drink fly across the room was when someone threw it at someone or one dropped on on the floor.

They concentrate on where people have died, cemeteries, where gangsters hung out - killed and tragedies... then state the place is haunted, really?

Actually that's Bobby Diamond. But yes, they did move the conversation from a nature center to a tribute to Sam Leone, and I agree with that. I grew up with Bobby and was always at what is now Leone Beach Park, when Sam was alive.

If the community could get year round use of the facility with the junior lifeguard program, hopefully winter ice skating (several people mentioned this), along with some other great ideas brought up yesterday: such as the kayak launching, rentals, storage and a concessions... it would totally revitalize something great that was, into something great that is.

I really wasn't one of"Sam's Boys," but I did go to the camp there and spent my youth at Leone Beach. As one person mentioned in the meeting, "Think Big!" I agree.
