In fact, I don't even use it. Maybe I should start using one because I want to appear in front of the camera more for social media, and my eye bags are going to become more obvious with all the late night hustles. Hahaha...

Re: 10 Free or Cheap Things to Do in Bangkok, Thailand

Hey Vins, thank you for highlighting these things to do in Bangkok.

Royal Barges Museum, Phallus Shrine and Siriraj Medical Museum sound like places that I would like to visit one day. I've been to Bangkok once for the annual Songkran Festival so it wasn't possible to sightsee without getting wet.

Lumphini Park is another free attraction that I would recommend if someone wants to spend their evening watching locals escape from the busy streets of Bangkok. If you are lucky enough, you might even see a monitor lizard lazing around under a tree. Have you visited the park?

I think the places highlighted in this list are must-visits for budget travelers. I may have some friends on Twitter who are planning a trip to Bangkok soon so I'll share this article with them. :)

Re: A Solo Travel Introvert? 7 Tips to Somewhat Social Solo Travel

Hey Janice, these are great tips. Thanks!

I am an introvert and it is my goal to venture on a solo trip after the trip to Taiwan with my girlfriend this year.

I am into slow travel so I am glad that it is going to help with socializing during the upcoming solo trip.

Another tip that I can add is to start practicing all the tips above even when you are not traveling. Becoming a regular at a local cafe or coworking space, join meetups and taking classes are all things an introvert can do in their home city to get social juices flowing.

This blog post resonated with me a lot and I'm gonna share it on Twitter. I'm sure it's gonna help many more travelers who are also introverts out there! :)

Re: Minimalist Anti-Theft Travel Wallet - burger abroad

Hey Amanda, thank you for sharing about Convert Clip's minimalist travel wallet.

Nobody is going to get something out of your pants unless they force you to strip with a weapon. Hahaha... But yeah, I guess if you are using a wallet, most people will not be able to tell where the wallet is.

Do you find it cumbersome taking it out and putting back at where it was inside of your pants?

I just got myself a minimalist and RFID-blocking wallet not too long ago. In the next year or so, I'll probably be looking for a wallet that comes with safety features that prevent it from getting stolen when I travel.

I'll be sharing this blog post on Twitter too. I'm sure some of my followers are looking for better wallets to bring with them when they travel, and this will give them another good choice to consider. :)

Re: Adventures and Eats: September 2015

Hi Julia,

Aww, both you and Mustafa look great together!

Yeah, 48 hours are always not enough for me to experience a city, especially if I am visiting it for the first time. But the good thing is, you can always revisit the city if you like it a lot. :)

I'll look forward to your posts about your day trips around Bay Area. As someone who is borned and raised in Asia, I always associate fall to the colorful autumn leaves in Japan. It will be interesting for me to read about what fall is like in San Francisco.

Re: Hello world!

Test test test

Re: Hello world!

test

Re: Recommended Users Finds Cool & Interesting People To Add To Google+

This is a great site for Google+ first time users. Smart and consistent tweet scheduling helps community managers and people in the field of social media to focus on more rewarding tasks at hand such as content creation, engaging with followers, building relationships and analytics.

Nevertheless, I discovered some great tools from the list. My own
Googling shows that Google has over 6 million results for the term.

http://www.google.com/searc...

Back to your question on decreasing number of results. The number of
websites indexed on a particular result page may decrease due to removal of
website by site owners. Google may also, from time to time, remove websites
from certain results page if it finds that they are no longer related to the
particular search term.

I hope my answer helps.

Re: What Google Starred Results Means to Search Engine Optimization?

Thank you for leaving a comment, Chaitanya. First of all, I would like to highlight that you are seeing your site ranked first in the search results under Starred Results is because you might have bookmarked the site within your browser or using many of the Google services out there such as Google Bookmarks, Google Webmaster Tools, etc.

As for the question on whether one should focus on building the website and making it functional prior to marketing it for search engines, I would say that it will be better for you if you focus on making your site functional first rather than focusing on link building now. Search engines do pay attention to quality of content that are on your site and this should be the primary reason why you should focus on making your site functional first.

Also, another thing that I would like to point out is the fact that submitting all your site pages or URLs to social bookmarking sites isn't a good SEO strategy. First of all, social bookmarking sites don't carry much SEO juice nowadays. They play a better role at sending tons of traffic to quality content rather than link juice. Hope you'll get my point here.

Feel free to ask more questions if you have any.

Re: What Google Starred Results Means to Search Engine Optimization?

True. But don't you think that in the long run, Google might use what people have starred as a measurement to rank a site in the search engines simply because sites or pages with the most stars can be said to be more relevant to users?

Re: What Google Starred Results Means to Search Engine Optimization?

I think Google might be testing this feature on and off on random users or
perhaps, it was an experimental feature under Google Labs but it's official
release was in March 2010 (
http://googleblog.blogspot.....

Re: What Google Starred Results Means to Search Engine Optimization?

Glad that you find my article useful, Sheri.
