I was rather appalled at the rampant statements about peoples characters.

I was in another string where a man was picking up strange children and taking them to buy bikes and shoes. The parents weren't aware he was taking them. Apparently they were returned home unharmed but they have
charged him with kinapping.

In that string I said I would not touch another person's child because people are so hyped about predators.

It's really scarey.

I think Jodi was wrong to touch the 12 year old but scolding him for his behavior verbally and in a civil fashion would be perfectly permissible.

It'll be interesting to see how this all turns out.

Nicely done. The upside? Well, it frees up $3.5 million of the city's coffers to re-direct those funds as needed by your citizens. Win-Win. :)
