First time I heard Tech N9ne in any form was September 1999. I'd started up at Job Corps (Excelsior Springs), and one of my roommates was playing the megamix of 57RDV's "Let's Get Fucked Up". Etched his name into my brain, and got hooked for good when Anghellic came out and I heard Stamina/Sinister Tech and Psycho Bitch for the first time. It's been a long STRANGE trip ever since.

I'm loving the abbreviated "Louder" remix that was done on Saturday night, and is up on SKC's website. Would love Tech & family to redo a full version in time for the championship match on 12/9. If I had to pick a different song, Riot Maker is a must.

Just seeing the ads for the Double Down ™ turn my stomach - and that says a lot, coming from someone who is shamelessly addicted to bacon. After reading this, my stomach is still turning and I want to kill somebody. It's a shame I could never spot her on the streets.

You do realize that people aren't actually hearing your words here, right? Asking someone if you should "speak more slowly for you" speaks infinitely more about your own slowness than anyone else's.

"The argument revolved around the introduction. There was no discussion of the "reserved seating" part."

Try watching the clip again, this time with the volume un-muted. Maybe they can "speak more slowly" so you can understand.

Excellent piece, as always. I know for my own review of the evening, I felt so hard-pressed to not leave out any of the cool details, all while feeling like my post was running entirely too long. You have quite the way of covering a lot while not saying nearly as much.

Interesting way to see how far Twitter has come. They stated 70K posts at that time, I'd say the network is averaging that much in a day easily.
