It’s important to us at Lala &amp;amp; Wood as we’re a small market research agency whose business is substantially based on retail consumer research. I wholeheartedly applaud the words – and philosophy - of Bernard Lewis of River Island, one of our greatest clients, that survival depends on innovating, spotting and seizing opportunities and working hard to realise them.
