Makes sense but wonder how they can access data as an employer when there is no required reporting as an employer to any regulator, at least not yet.....some at the panel discussion at NAPA suggested that the HSA must be connected to the health plan to facilitate non-insured payments, however, I have failed to see why this is important in the 10+ years our firm has had an HSA and HDHP.

I know this has been said but I was disappointed at Fox News for its 3 amigo reporters putting their egos first and foremost ahead of the main agenda. Guess I was naive to assume it was about the candidates and not Fox ratings, which set all time records for viewers for primary debates and for any cable show watched ever!
Megyn wanted to set up Trump with a pathetic question; she won; he bit. But, he was honest about his feelings about Rosie....so be it. He is spot on.
Seems the RNC had a hand in attacking the leader; then creating jousts with others too.

Yep, he was found "not guilty" because the jury was stacked in his favor; only case in history where DNA at the crime scene was omitted! Imagine that! I will never forget the dead, defense lawyer's infamous closing rap to the jury: "If the evidence does not fit, you must acquit!" Poor Johnny Cochran got what was coming to him shortly thereafter!
DNA was admitted in the civil case so the conclusion is obvious! I heard much of his wealth made it to the Cook Islands at the time, where the long arms of the US gov't could not invade his asset protection strategy. True?

I suppose ERIC thinks that the fees charged by Great West and the broker, using higher cost share classes, at D.L. Davis and company for Novant's $1.4 billion plan were reasonable? It is precisely why the suit came about. Covered service provider fee disclosure. The 5500 schedule C and audit report for 2012 show the broker making $3.7 million, while not being a fiduciary, and Great West around $1.2 million to record keep 25,000 participants, which may be reasonable at $50/participant. The retire committee at Novant was either asleep or unaware they were fiduciaries but you can bet they will learn the hard way here. BTW, the same disclosure referenced the law firm Womble Carlyle as charging $90,000 in 2012. Were they asleep in advising their client of fiduciary standards of care or is it they make more cleaning up messes?

After lying she was part Indian to get elected, she has little credibility on any subject she opines about. The irony of the fact that student loan default is not discharged in bankruptcy is that the law was passed in 2005 or 2006 in the so-called overall of federal bankruptcy laws to modernize them. Why not just repeal that law?
The cost of college has soared because of the massive federal involvement in the game. Think about it: if you raise tuition, and kids can borrow from the Feds in any amount to meet the escalating tuition, why not just keep raising prices until someone cries uncle? She failed to mention her big government solution to everything party is the reason the recovery is so weak!
