My commute is less than 5 miles.... I can drive it in about 5 mins (Depending on traffic) . But I drive between work and home 4 times every work day.

From home to work in the morning...
From work to home at lunch
From home to work at the end of lunch
From Work to home at the end of the day.

During the summer I can drive that distance and only fill up the car 1 time every 2 weeks. During the winter, since I tend to idle the car while it warms up for about 30 minutes in the morning while I catch the first half our of the today show, I have to fill up about 1 ever week and half.

Dude... I'd have to write a book.

Just one example... they left off the letter writing campaign that successfully petitioned NASA to name the first space shuttle Enterprise, and the fact that when the shuttle was revealed at the Palmdale center all of the original cast members except William Shatner where there.

This is why part of me wants Santorum to be the GOP nominee. Not becuase I think he can win, he can't, but becuase the debates would be so much more entertaining. When Romney finally gets the gig the debates will just be Pol vs Pol again and be boring as hell. Put Obama up against a nut like Santourm or Palin and you have the makings of some SNL gold.

That just makes no sense to me. They are just doing more and more damage to the party. Even Romney's chances of beating Obama in Nov are slim at best. Santourm and Gingrich are just doing the work for the Dems right now.

I have to admit that I almost want Santorum to be the nominee. When he gets tromped in the GOP might finally be able to move back toward moderation and cooperation. If they nominate Romney and loose, which he will, then they are just going to claim it was because he wasn't conservative enough and the GOP will continue to wander out in the darkness of the far right.

That said. The oil companies are ripping people off left and right. A big chunk of this is caused by the fact that oil companies get all sorts of tax breaks that most other industries don't get. The oil industry is the embodiment of Corporate Welfare run amok.
