Would like to thank you for sharing your interview process at Microsoft. I worked as a Program Manager at Aditi Technologies, India and shifted to Seattle recently, so looking forward to join MS as Program Manager. I also wanted to know that everytime when you are referring the design question, with that you mean functional design..correct..not the technocal design.
